Shirt waist dress in black and white floral silk with a soft turndown collar over a button-thru front fastened with multiple small ivory mother-of-pearl buttons. Long full inset sleeves are pleated into button cuffs. Shape is created by fit seams run from shoulder to hem at front and back. Curved seams created a defined waist over a full flaring skirt that falls into longer handkerchief points at the side. Welt side pockets.
